About Monique N. Gilbert . . .

Monique was born and has been a lifelong resident of sunny South Florida. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Barry University (Miami Shores, FL).

Being concerned about their health, wellness and nutrition, Monique and her husband (Michael Tagrin) began eating a whole-grain, vegetable-rich, plant-based diet.
